General Terms & Conditions

3xxz (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming platform operated for adult users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 3xxz and its members.

Using any service on 3xxz means you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

Account Registration & Eligibility

• Accessing your account from a restricted region via proxy, VPN, or any other means is not permitted.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Gaming Rules

Prohibited Activities

Account Closure & Suspension

• In the event of a terms violation, your account may be closed without prior notice.
• Withdrawal options may be restricted if identity verification has not been completed.
• Members may also request account closure at any time.
• Upon a self-exclusion request, the account will be locked for the specified period.
• Upon account closure, any verified balance will be returned via the designated payment method.

Limitation of Liability

3xxz accepts no liability for the following.

• If a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection or a device issue.
• Transactions affected by delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Any loss resulting from voluntarily sharing your own account credentials.
• Any financial losses arising from gaming — gaming is a risk-based form of entertainment.

Right to Amend Terms

3xxz reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. When changes are made:

• Members will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
• Updated terms take effect from the date of publication.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
